NDG FIT’s Stiletto Workout® Class Series 1 – 5
The Stiletto Workout is a calisthenics-style workout, with some dancer-inspired exercises that create lean curves using only your body weight and stilettos as resistance. Minimal equipment is used, with a strong emphasis on posture and core strength, as this is needed to get the best results, and the ability to walk sexy and gracefully in your highest of heels. Stiletto Workout Intro The same as the Stiletto workout above just at a slower pace, with more focus on balance and posture.
Diva Kick incorporates high cardio, with movements such as sidekicks and knee strikes, while also targeting and toning your legs, butt, and abdominal muscles. Increase your stamina, flexibility, and strength while burning fat for weight loss, all done like a diva!
Extreme Booty Boost
A class specially catered to get your butt to lift high, high, high into the sky! A quick warm-up to start, followed by a combination of cardio, jump squats, plea squats, more squats and leg raises. Hit the floor for total body booty boosting, then core work. This class targets: Legs, Butt
Sizzle & Sculpt Abs and Arms
Work your abs with both cardio blasting abs exercise and mat work, as well as tone and tighten you triceps, biceps, shoulder, and back.
Elongate your hamstrings, hip flexors, back muscles, and muscles all the way down to your feet, for the ability to move and bind like never before.
Using a weighted bar; flatten your abs, build upper body strength, and develop balance. Class begins with 10mins of high cardio.
The Dirty 30 (Abs)
This 30 minute super sexy core class will have you gasping for breath! The Dirty 30 will tighten your abs for that sexy, long, and lean midsection you’ve always wanted! It includes mat work, body balls, and light weights, focusing on form, postures, breathing, and balance.
Fierce and Fit Boot Camp
Perfect for those new to NDG Fit! This class will increase your strength, balance, endurance, flexibility and focus while burning fat and losing inches! The class blends elements of diva kickboxing, extreme booty boot camp, and the dirty 30, to prepare you for other NDG Fit classes. This total body workout will help strengthen and define your muscles, while also relieving stress and improving posture, flexibility, and wellness.
